What is the board game "Battleship" about?
"Battleship" is a classic board game where two players secretly place ships on a numbered grid and take turns guessing coordinates to sink their opponent's vessels. Originally played with pencil and paper, Battleship was first published in board-game form by Milton Bradley in 1967.

I used this game in junior level math to illustrate movement on a coordinate grid. The students loved it so much they would play it at lunchtime!
