Annapolis is the capital of the state of Maryland. Approximately 40 thousand people live there nowadays. Maryland State House, which was built in 1772, is the oldest state capitol in continuous legislative use in the USA. You can see the famous building in the picture:
This charming place is home to more surviving colonial buildings than any other U.S. city. Annapolis' downtown is a registered National Historic Landmark. Tens of 18th-century constructions may be found there.

Being a good citizen, father, mother, sister, brother, aunt, uncle, caregiver, friend, volunteering, they don't play a huge role? How bout being able to think critically, are independent, can multi-task, prioritize, work well with others, are resourceful? Silver Springs is not the name of a city in Maryland. This is a common mistake. The city in Maryland is called Silver Spring.

My sister lives in Gaithersburg,Maryland and my son-in-law's parents live in the lovely town of Silver Springs. We visited the National Aquarium in Baltimore. Annapolis is the only city mentioned that I haven't visited.

All those facts about Annapolis, MD...and the fact that the United States Naval Academy is located right there, IN Annapolis, on the Severn River ISN'T even mentioned? All I can say is... WOW...really?
