This cattle breed produces 7,831 kilograms milk in every year and the weight is 600kg.The Guernsey Cattle Breed, type4, produces the top percentage of A2 milk. The milk production of this cattle breed is 7363 kilogram in every year. A2 Milk is that cow's milk which mostly lacks a form of beta-casein proteins(which exists in A1 form). Milk like this is brought to market by the A2 Milk company and is sold mostly in Australia, New Zealand, China, United States and the United Kingdom. The A2 Milk Company claims that the milk containing A1 proteins is harmful. But a 2009 European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) review has nullified the statement made earlier. Judging by the number of whining complaints about the grammar a lot of folk got this one wrong. Given his name, the poser of the question is probably using English as a second language, cut him a break and remember this is a quiz NOT an English test.

I went back to the cited reference and found that the English was terrible there, also. There are also factual errors in this explanation not supported by the facts in the references. I found a better written reference to support this. For example, Holstein cattle do not all give is “32,740kg per cattle per year.” A specific Holstein named “Ever-Green-View My 1326-ET EX-92” performed this feat “in 365 days attaining her world record in February 2010.” On average, Holsteins produce “11,800 kilograms per year.” Kostroma cattle are ranked 3rd in milk production. Easy, I grew up on a farm and we had Jerseys. My brother milked Holsteins on his big dairy. Jerseys are a very sweet cow and produce high butterfat content. Great for making cheese.

My husband's people owned a dairy farm. They had Holsteins. I was told that they produced the most milk. I learned that Jersey cows had the creaminess milk. Maybe this is why they named a chocolate bar after them.

stormejohn, farmers know and use correct Sentence structure and Grammar. Have milked many cows of several breeds and know Jerseys have milk rich with cream while Holsteins have ‘blue’ milk-lots of volume but little cream.

We had a Holstein milk cow when I was a kid. She put out a lot of milk but was half crazy. Her goal was to see how far she could kick the milk pail. We later had a Guernsey/Jersy mix. Very intelligent and gentle too. Her milk was far richer than the holstien plus I could walk up to her out in the field and hug her neck. I miss that cow to this day.
