Štěpánka Hilgertová (* April 10, 1968 Prague), née Prošková, is a former Czech and Czechoslovak water slalom racer, kayaker competing in the K1 category. In 1986, she married kayaker and multiple world championship medalist Luboš Hilgert, with whom she has a son, Luboš, also a kayaker. Her niece Amálie Hilgertová also competes in water slalom on a national level.

She competed in the Summer Olympics six times. She finished 12th in Barcelona 1992. She won gold medals in the 1996 (Atlanta) and 2000 (Sydney) Games. She was fifth in Athens 2004, and ninth at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, where she was also the Czech flag bearer at the opening ceremony. After the 2017 season, in October of that year, she announced the end of her professional sports career.
