What is the name of the English pilot who flies the airplane at the beginning of the movie, Raiders of the Lost Ark?

Jock Lindsey is an American freelance pilot. He is frequently hired by Indiana Jones to fly the archaeologist to remote parts of the world. Easygoing and affable, Jock notably butted heads with Indy on one subject: his pet snake, Reggie. Lindsey cut his teeth as a stunt pilot performing in Midwest U.S. airshows; he relocated to Venezuela after a rumored flight-related tragedy.

Jock Lindsey makes his first appearance with Indiana (Indy) Jones in Raiders of the Lost Ark (1981), a George Lucas action / adventure film. The film which is set in 1936 starts with Indy in Peru. He is facing various traps and his nemesis, French archaeologist René Belloq. When Indy is outside of an abandoned Peruvian temple, Belloq steals a golden idol from him. Indy is just able escape in a pontoon plane piloted by Jock.

In the film the setting is in the early half of the 20th century. It is a story about an archaeologist named Indiana Jones who is hired by the U.S. government. He is pitted in a race against time to locate the mysterious and supernatural Ark of the Covenant. Indy must act before it falls into the hands of Adolf Hitler and the Nazi regime. Hitler wants to use the biblical artifact's power to obtain total world domination. Indy is working to save the world by completely stopping Hitler and his men.
