The Orioles moved from Memorial Stadium to their new stadium called Oriole Park that is located at Camden Yards in Baltimore MD. on Opening Day April 6, 1992. The stadium seats some 45,971 with standing room at least 48,187. The stadium took 33 months to complete, and is on an 85 acre parcel that began June 28,1989 in the area known as Camden Yards. The stadium project cost $110 million.

Been there and watched Cal Ripkin play. That was my 60th birthday present from my kids. A fun weekend in Baltimore.

Rhoda Welker Adam, I live in an area where it is convenient to get to Camden Yards and it is a teriffic ball park, but I have been to Fenway as well and nothing beats the Big Green Wall.
