What is the name of the theme music used for BBC Radio 4's long-running rural soap opera, "The Archers"?

The radio serial "The Archers" has become an institution for some sections of British society. About 20,000 episodes have aired since it was launched in 1951. It is set in and around the fictional village of Ambridge, supposedly located in the English midlands, and covers the lives of several generations of the Archer family, their friends and associates.

The choice of a robust, rustic theme tune is appropriate to the rural setting of the soap opera. "Barwick Green" is the official title of the music, a "maypole dance" from the suite "My Native Heath" written in 1924 by the Yorkshire composer Arthur Wood. "Barwick Green" is named after Barwick-in-Elmet in the West Riding of Yorkshire.
