What is the world's longest aircraft?

The Airlander 10, a plane-airship hybrid, was recently piloted out of the UK's biggest hangar at Cardington Airfield, Bedfordshire. British firm Hybrid Air Vehicles (HAV) spent nine years developing the prototype in the Cardington hangar after the US Army ran out of money to develop it as a surveillance machine. The lengths of the four aircraft mentioned in the question -- rounded to the nearest metre -- are as follows:

HAV 304 Airlander 10 (92 metres)

Antonov An-225 Mriya (84 metres)

Boeing 777-200ER (74 metres)

Airbus A340-600 (75 metres)

Aircraft, in an extreme sense, could be any "craft" going through the air. However, 99% of the time aircraft is thought of as some form of airplane. Are we here to test knowledge, or to make trick questions?

Question asks about length of an aircraft and the answer is an airship. They are completely different things. It's like saying what is the longest bus and the answer is a train. FFS how does this even get through???

Here’s the difference in an airship and an aircraft: airplane is (us) a powered heavier-than-air aircraft with fixed wings while airship is a lighter-than-air aircraft that can be propelled forward through the air as well as steered.

The question asked for AIRCRAFT and the answer was airship. My understanding is that they are two different things -- Be more precise in your wording.

Should have specified Airship and not aircraft. Also should have specified a time because the Hindenburg at 804 feet long is the longest aircraft in history.
