Cheetahs can be found in Africa and in some parts of Asia. They have long, thin legs, a deep chest, a small head, and a long tail. Cheetahs have spots, not rosettes, like the jaguar and leopard. Unlike other cats, cheetahs don't have retractable claws. Instead, they use their claws to grip the ground when they run. Cheetahs are the fastest land mammals on Earth for short distances. They can run up to 65 miles-per-hour.
