Charles Robert Redford Jr. (born August 18, 1936)is an American actor, director, producer, businessman, environmentalist, and philanthropist.

Redford made his credited film debut in War Hunt (1962). His role in Inside Daisy Clover (1965) won him a Golden Globe for best new star. He starred in Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid (1969), which was a huge success and made him a major star. In 1972, he had a critical and box office hit with Jeremiah Johnson (1972), and in 1973 had the greatest hit of his career, the blockbuster crime caper The Sting, for which he was nominated for an Academy Award. The popular and acclaimed All the President's Men (1976) was a landmark film for Redford. Redford's first uncredited film debut was Tall Story where he had a minor part.

FIRST CREDITED FILM! Yes, Tall Story was his first film, but Bobby didn't receive any credits. War Hunt was his first CREDITED film. War Hunt is the correct answer.

Yes, tall story preceded War Hunt, but Bobby wasn't credited in the film. The question was for his first credited film.

I was a look-alike for him in his roll as Jim McKay in The Candidate while is college. And then in my hairy phase, Jeremiah Johnson. People would stop me in public and ask if I was him, or remark. It was easy to ask girls out in those days. I aged better than he did, but now only have eyes for my long suffering wife.

Beau Shilkraut, you aged better than he did? There’s no photo of you, but plenty of him so nothing to compare. But he’s still pretty good-looking in his 80s, and has been all throughout his life. Btw, he goes by Bob, not Bobby.
