What was the character Alice's last name on the Brady Bunch?

Alice's last name on the Brady Bunch was Nelson. Played by actress Ann B. Davis. Ann played the housekeeper for the Bradys. Rarely was she ever seen without her signature blue dress and white apron. She always talked about her pending dates with her boyfriend Sam, the butcher, who did make some appearances on the show. Alice grew up in the same neighborhood and graduated from Westdale High, the same high school as Greg and Marcia went to. Ann died from a head injury sustained from a fall in 2014.
