What was the name of Jack's lover in the movie "Titanic"?
Young lovers Jack and Rose find each other in the first and last voyage of the "unsinkable" Titanic. They could not know that the luxurious liner would face an iceberg in the cold waters of the North Atlantic, and their passionate love would turn into a battle with death.
Rose is desperately trying to avoid marriage to Cal (who is approved of financially by her mother) and considers suicide when she meets penniless artist Jack (not sure how he afforded the passage) who pesuades her not to jump from the stern of the ship. The relationship develops from there. Jack dies of hypothermia after saving Rose. The film ends when Rose dies and is reunited in death with Jack on the Grand Staircase of the Titanic.

Judy Hurley-Hendricks, Actually, Rose does die at the end of the movie after having tossed the necklace off the back of the ship. She dies in her sleep and the final scenes show their reunion on the grand staircase of the ship.
