The name of singer Tiny Tim's bride, whom he married on the U.S. TV show "The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson" in December 1969 was Miss Vicki (Victoria Budinger). Tiny Tim (Herbert Buckingham Khaury) married Miss Vicki on the Johnny Carson show with 40 million television viewers watching their ceremony.

At age 17, Miss Vicki became a bona fide American national curiosity when she tied the marriage knot with the stringy-haired, high-pitched warbler Tiny Tim. Their tacky TV nuptials at the time earned talk show host Johnny Carson his highest Nielsen television ratings.

Twenty-five years later, Miss Vicki (Lombardi) a youthful 42 year old, evolved from being a TV curiosity to selling New Age "curiosities" out of a tiny shop close to Philadelphia, PA. She did this after her media marriage totally hit the rocks, and she had gone on to remarry, divorce, remarry, and divorce again.

She once said, "Since I've been married I've had many other names." She politely declined to recount the exact number of husbands she had gone through. "I've lost count . . . just a couple I keenly remember," she lightheartedly said. She was known for being a rather "impulsive" person; it was obvious in all that she did.
