Which British comedian is the voice of Police Officer Panda in the children's cartoon 'Peppa Pig'?
Police Officer Panda, voiced by David Mitchell, is a clumsy character that first appeared in Series 5 of 'Peppa Pig' in 2016. He is the father of twin girls, Peggi and Pandora (both voiced by Chelsey Orfinada), and works with Police Officer Squirrel (voiced by Judy Flynn). He is a stereotypical British policeman in that he says "'Ello, 'ello, 'ello" whenever he greets someone.

David Mitchell (born 1974) is a British comedian, actor and television personality, who came to fame as part of the comedy duo 'Mitchell and Webb'. The pair starred in the Channel 4 sitcom 'Peep Show', for which Mitchell won a British Academy Television Award for Best Comedy Performance.
Mitchell has a distinctive voice and is often mocked for being posh. Alongside 'Peppa Pig', he has provided voices for characters in 'Doctor Who', 'Phineas and Ferb' and 'Hey Duggee'. He also narrated 'Beauty and the Geek' (2006).
