The Summer Olympic Games or the Games of the Olympiad, are an international multi-sport event, occurring every four years, organized by the International Olympic Committee. Five countries – Greece, Australia, France, Great Britain and Switzerland – have been represented at all the Summer Olympic Games (1896 to the present). Of the countries listed on this question, Italy has not competed in all the Summer Olympic Games. Italy did not attend the 1904 Summer Olympics in St. Louis.
