Which masked hero's real identity was Don Diego de la Vega?
Zorro is a fictional character created in 1919 by American pulp writer Johnston McCulley, and appearing in works set in the Pueblo of Los Angeles during the era of Spanish California (1769–1821).
He is typically portrayed as a dashing masked vigilante who defends the commoners and indigenous peoples of California against corrupt and tyrannical officials and other villains. His signature all-black costume includes a cape, a hat known as sombrero cordobés, and a mask covering the upper half of his face.
Zorro is the secret identity of Don Diego de la Vega (originally Don Diego Vega), a young man who is the only son of Don Alejandro de la Vega (originally Don Alejandro Vega), the richest landowner in California.
In most versions, Diego learned his swordsmanship while at university in Spain, and created his masked alter ego after he was unexpectedly summoned home by his father because California had fallen into the hands of an oppressing dictator.

Zorro means fox in Spanish. In the tv show, Guy Williams portrayed him. Theme song, "...Zorro, the fox so cunning and free, Zorro who makes the sign of the Z."

I think that I understand what Will is trying to say. Most of the comments are not adding any value to group. It almost seems like more than a few people feel the need to post something even if the readers won't actually benefit from it.
I have posted clarifications and chastising responses from time to time. I try to add value when I can or ask people to remain respectful at the very least. We all have our opinions and some are right and others not so much. We have little to no chance of changing others options in this setting.
However, adding additional information relating to the quiz topic is nice. I read comments to gain more knowledge, but often there is a lot of clutter with unnecessary responses. I'm not saying that there is anything wrong with a generally pointless statement, but it does get repetitious. When you find yourself predicting what a specific person is going to say....it starts to become dribblings.
I do like to hear about relevant personal experiences, but comments about hitting the wrong button and other such notations...not adding any value.
