Been in all four cities numerous times over the years and it’s a close question but I had to go with San Antonio and its beautiful “Riverwalk” area.

Gotta look at a map of Texas to see how San Antonio and Houston relate. S A is south of Houston darnit! I missed this one!

Houston is farther south than all of California, but according to Google, Houston is further south. I am confused.
