Which star cluster is known as "The Seven Sisters"?

This famous star cluster is one of the nearest to the Earth and could even be seen with the naked eye. The star cluster was known to ancient Greeks as they even had a legend that explained the origin of the astronomical phenomenon. According to the myth, seven daughters of Atlas were sad about the fate of their father who was doomed to hold up the sky forever. So they removed themselves from life and became seven beautiful stars in the night sky.

While we do not share religious views, I just wanted to say it's refreshing to see someone have their view point AND respectful of others viewpoints as well. Kudos to you for that. Faith in something is better than nothing to me. I don't know who has it right. Maybe all of us, maybe none of us. But let's all remain solid to our beliefs and respectful to someone else's.
