"Goal!" (also known as Goal! The Dream Begins in the United States) is a 2005 sports drama film directed by Danny Cannon and starring Kuno Becker as Santiago Munez, a young man with a rough background who is offered the chance to trial with one of England's top football clubs. It was made with full co-operation from FIFA, which is one of the reasons why actual teams and players are used throughout the film. Beckham made a cameo appearance with Zinedine Zidane and Raúl in the film. Beckham himself appears in the sequel "Goal II: Living the Dream" in a larger role, when the film's lead character gets transferred to Real Madrid.

Because it was done under the auspices of FIFA, the movie is one of very few to accurately portray football, it shows the gameplay in accurate terms, vunlike most American films which portray football, which comes across as very showy and fake.
