Who appeared in the American TV show "Happy Days" where his daughter was playing Jenny Piccalo?

Phil Silvers (May 11, 1911 – November 1, 1985) was an American entertainer and comedic actor, known as "The King of Chutzpah". He is best known for starring in The Phil Silvers Show, a 1950s sitcom set on a U.S. Army post in which he played Master Sergeant Ernest (Ernie) Bilko.

Silvers suffered a stroke during the run of "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum" in August 1972. He was left with slurred speech. Despite his poor health, he continued working. He appeared on Happy Days as the father of Jenny Piccolo (played by his daughter Cathy Silvers).

I have. I was a child of the 1950's and grew up with watching phil silvers shows. I will be 75 in 2 1/2 weeks ya got to be old to know some things.

I didn't miss many episodes of Happy Days, but I guess I missed the one that Phil Silvees on. I'm sure hat I would have recognized him.

Apparently, it was the series finale. Cathy played Joanie's best friend and they appeared at her wedding. Silvers passed away about a year and a half later.
