Who is Casper the Friendly Ghost's friend?

Casper the Friendly Ghost is a fictional character and the protagonist of the Famous Studios theatrical animated cartoon series of the same name. As his name indicates, he is a ghost, yet he is quite pleasant and personable. According to the 1995 feature film Casper, his family name is McFadden, making his "full" name Casper McFadden.

Wendy the Good Little Witch is a fictional comic book character from Harvey Comics. Like Casper the Friendly Ghost and Hot Stuff the Little Devil, Wendy is an opposite-type character, a girl witch who does good deeds.

I just turned 75 and well remember 'Casper', along with a lot of comic characters from my childhood, even the ones no longer considered 'politically correct' by the professionally offended. So, "May the magic of Poof Poof Piffles make me just as small as Sniffles."

James Brice, Harvey Comics had something for everybody. Casper, Wendy, Sad Sack, The "Harvey Girls" (Little Audrey, Little Dot and Little Lotta), Hot Stuff, The Ghostly Trio, etc., etc.
