Who played Lumpy in "Leave it to Beaver"?

Clarence Rutherford, aka "Lumpy," portrayed the classic bully on the popular American TV sitcom "Leave it to Beaver." He did not appear on every episode, but he was a regular character and was always quite memorable when he did. The actor who played Lumpy, Frank Bank, went on to work as a stockbroker, and he also continued to make appearances on "The Hollywood Squares," and other similar venues with fellow B-list actors. He appeared in the '80s reunion movie, "Still the Beaver," and also "The New Leave it to Beaver" television series which grew out of the movie remake. Frank Bank was born on 12 April 1942 and died just one day after his birthday in 2013.

I’m 73 years old. I watched this TV Show religiously. I guess that just about covers every show out of the “golden era” of TV. These answers stand out because you immediately know who it’s not . . .

Lumpy's father on the show was played by Richard Deacon, who always tried to pretend that his son was what he wished he were, but what everyone else knew was totally false.
