Who said, "A lie told often enough becomes the truth"?

Vladimir Lenin (Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov, April 1870 – January 1924), a Russian revolutionary, politician, and political theorist, said: "A lie told often enough becomes truth". For Lenin, this idea was propaganda and a tool of the revolution. When he noted that "a lie told often enough becomes truth", he felt and said that he was making a useful observation, not a moral judgment.

Lenin, a Marxist revolutionary and communist politician, was the leader of the Bolshevik communist party. He was the first Premier of the Soviet Union and the main theorist of Leninism. He led the October Revolution as the head of the Soviet state during its initial years (1917–1924). By leading the country, he able to work to create a socialist economic system.
