Will Preparation H help with a bulbous nose?
If you apply it inside and outside of the nose in the bulbous area over time it can reduce the size of the bulb. You should thoroughly wash the area you are going to apply the Preparation H to, both just inside (remember this is used in even a more delicate part of our bodies) and outside. Please discontinue if this causes discomfort. I am not a Doctor but it worked for me.
It obviously works just like it does on hemorrhoids and eyebags (recommended by the Mayo Clinic web site(eyebags not nose)) and its effectiveness is probably affected by the age/ hardness of the bulb.

I disagree with the answer however it may be used for a short time, long time use can cause severe problems due to the chemical makeup of the compound. Placing it inside the nese may cause nose bleeds. I worked for an ENT Doctor for 14 years.

Eyebags are due to fluid beneath the skin whereas a bulbous nose is due to growth of nose tissue and blood vessels. Preparation H cannot help reduce excess tissue, only fluid and only temporarily. The answer given as "correct" is scientifically absurd.
