The fast lane depends what country you're in eg. South Africa and UK is righthand side and America is left-hand side because we drive on opposite sides of the road!

the fast land depends on which country you are in. Here in Australia it's not really a fast lane but an overtaking lane, the signs say "Keep Left unless overtaking"

In Australia we do nt have 'fast lanes'. However, road law states that vehicles cannot drive in the right lane, where the speed limit is 80km/h, unless overtaking. Remembering that Australia drives on the left hand side.

9 / 10. In the UK we don’t have a fast lane! If we did it would be the right lane! So really 10/10.

Which lane is the fast lane? Well it would help if you defined a country. In the UK, there is no such thing as a 'Fast lane', they are inside, middle, and outside. If you were to consider one a fast lane in the UK, it would be the right hand lane, not the left as the given answer here. Poorly worded question.
