When I saw the flag I was sure the question was going to read what was the Capital of the free and independent Lone Star Republic of West Florida? The West Florida flag is a shade darker blue. If you are wondering the answer it was St Francisville Louisiana.

charlesclaster, knowing how to divide is useless if you don't know WHEN to divide.

8/10. The math question stinks of the new math. The kids need to know how to divide, not the math theory behind it!
