Dianna Hattori, I wrote the definitions in a comment December 10, 2024. I had the score of exceptional verbal intelligence when I answered at least three incorrectly. Answering again, as I checked for the answers, I had only verbal intelligence? Thank you, Christine, James' wife

I very much like the word excursus, even more than divagation, both meaning diversion, I discovered. Have a great day! Christine, James' wife

spoiler alert--Abrasive is coarse. A talisman is a lucky charm. To engender is to cause. Plagiarism is an infringement of a copyright. Replete is full. Tardy is overdue. To abrogate is to cancel. (I had forgotten that as I took the test before checking for these answers.) Blatant is obvious. Billowing is swelling. Quondam I am not sure I have heard. It means former, but I chose maze. Lachrymose is plaintive, mournful. A reprieve is a postponement. Hedonism is self-indulgence. Cryptic is arcane, not easily understood. Pliable is willowy. An epicure is a person with refined taste. Oblivious is unaware. To ensconce is to place. Obdurate is self- willed. The first time I took the quiz, before I was checking for the answers, I had one result. The result was different when I chose completely correctly, verbally intelligent.

I'm Great and all wrong.Could have been a great quiz, but Homey likes to give Wrong answers, to mess with you guys with you’re pointed little heads. How can we learn if there are no correct answers? You guys should have picked up on this by now!

Interesting if only there had been answers. The description did describe me fairly well but without answers, I have no idea which words I got correct

I’d have liked to know how many I missed. There were three words I never seen and one that I didn’t recognize even one of the answers.

Adriana Zuliani, Quondam and Excursus are Latin words, not U.S. English.

Verbally intelligent. However, Many words got different meaning in the Dictionary, so I was forced to guess. Also...Quondam and Excursus don`t exist in the English language. Obviously these words are American only.
