Number 4 should be "Adjectival" Clause! Good grief, who is inventing new grammar?

Joy Holbrook, I agree. Kids should be reading well constructed sentences rather than deconstructing banal sentences like those in this quiz.

4/4, graduated from high school in the United States 53 years ago. While my legal career did not require knowledge of the exact terminology for what I was writing, knowing how to effectively communicate by writing required the grammatical abilities examined herein.

I graduated from high school 59 years ago. I can honestly say, that I got through life and a pretty demanding career without ever needing any of this knowledge. I got 4/4 because English was my best subject, but I’d far prefer that kids spent time reading the great works of literature in English class than deconstructing sentences.
