onewayfarer, Smarties in the UK and Canada (maybe elsewhere?) are candy coated chocolate similar to M&Ms. What you describe as Smarties in the U.S. are called Rockets here in Canada.

Never heard of some of those, knew 14, guessed the rest. I think it's a bit rich Americans complaining about the fact they're English foods! Most of the time these questions are geared for Americans and the rest of us have to put up with it! More non American quizzes please. There is life outside of USA
