Whatever device you used to take this quiz apparently isn't set up with the correct format. Catcher in the Rye was, indeed, one of the answers.

Some of these were COMPLETELY WRONG like the book where Holden Caulfield was the protagonist . The book is Catcher In the Rye... that wasn't even one of the books listed. Who ever wriites these had better do some proof reading very soon.

8/10. Anthem does not qualify as classic American literature...nor does In Infinite Jest. Jest has been around for nearly 25 years and shows no signs of becoming a classic after a short period of “burning bright”.
