Grammar hammer, and having worked in a role where I was regularly presenting to large audiences, being able to pronounce words correctly was key. Learning other languages also assists in learning pronunciation.

Mike Valsamy, "you're" means "you are". "your" is possessive - meaning "belonging to you". I'm guessing you meant "your pointed little heads".

TRAITS is pronounced Trays, as it is French and the end "T" is silent like "Ballet", I am fed up hearing US speakers mispronounce it as Trates.
