10/10. I was pleased to note that the wording included "usually" when asking whether 'affect' and 'effect' are verbs and nouns respectively since both can also correctly be used as both verbs and nouns.

“Effect” can also be a verb, and “affect”can sometimes be a noun. They have specific rules for these exceptions.
