A case in point; The Leaning Tower of Pisa and the Elizabeth Tower do NOT lean the same!
The Elizabeth Tower leans 0.26 degrees to the northwest, putting it out of alignment by about 0.5m at its highest point.
As to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, by 1990, the tilt had reached 5.5 degrees. The structure was stabilized by remedial work between 1993 and 2001, which reduced the tilt to 3.97 degrees.
The tilts are not even close to being the same.

The Elizabeth Tower, which houses the large bell known as Big Ben, is a completely separate structure than the Tower of London, which houses the crown jewels. It is officially known as His Majesty's Royal Palace and Fortress of the Tower of London. It is a historic castle on the north bank of the River Thames in central London.
