Shelley Durocher, Revised after research: Geographically, Iceland is on both Europe and North America. However, it is considered part of Europe. The question's answer is, however, still wrong, because all of cities listed are considered part of Europe.

19/21. Two answers are wrong. Moscow is in Russia which is in Europe. Any line joining the North and South poles is a meridian - not just the prime meridian.
