A nickname has to be commonly used to be so designated. I doubt even half of these are actually used by the locals or most visited.

31/45 Like many others lots of guesses and some of these are not logical at all. I am pretty sure that the question regarding a nickname for Argentina showed a picture of Machu Picchu and offered Lima as one of answer options: very misleading.
