21. Being a dumb 4th grader, I have always separated the Atlantic and Pacific by hemispheres and counted 7. Thanks for pointing out the error of my ways! Also, thanks for confirmation of the answers!

George Steele, it is usually accepted that there are 7 seas, but only 5 oceans. The Atlantic and Pacific oceans, but the North and South Atlantic and north and South Pacific seas.
