Come to think of it, it’s spelled Middlesbrough and not “Middlesborough” and it is located on the South bank of the River Tees.( still a town!)

Q5 Middlesborough is a Town not a City. Newcastle upon Tyne, Sunderland and York are all Cities, so the closest City would be Sunderland on the map shown.

Shelley Durocher, And of course, better late than never, but would they have joined if not for themselves being attacked on their own soil. As long as it was "over there" the U.S. didn't care. So you might want to park that American jingoism.

djaiudijr, The world appreciated the U.S. JOINING the ALLIES so TOGETHER they overcame the enemy. NOBODY could have done it alone. How about the U.S. being a bit grateful that the rest of the ALLIES held them off until the U.S. decided to join.
