Re the Israeli capital, here is some info for you all, just in case you weren't sure: "When Israel declared Independence on 14 May 1948, the population of Tel Aviv was over 200,000. Tel Aviv was the temporary government centre of the State of Israel until the government moved to Jerusalem in December 1949.

Israel iş not a European country and it's capital is Tel Aviv. It takes place in Eurovision and some other activities but geographically it is not in Europe.
