Steve Tingle, yes Big Ben is the name of the Big Bell when the clock strikes. However, Big Ben is commonly used to refer to the clock and the clock tower. And since most people know it as Big Ben I'd say either (Elizabeth Tower or Big Ben) cud be counted correct.
