Actually it is not hard for any country to be richer than ruzzia! It is collapsing totally. The rubel is worth less than one cent. The inflation is according to real economists over 60 %, the people must take loan to buy wood in a country with both gas and oil, pensionairs often have only money from month to month, in the rural areas there are almost no real roads, houses has very seldom a bathroom, people there must fetch water outside, many there starve and live in misery.
