Gemma, the usual ott fanfare by the US who genuinely believe it’s the greatest country in the world. Their continual lying about their war exploits is wearing thin.
An example of the US’ revising of history is the Western Desert Campaign in 1942. The film made depicting that, has the US responsible for the Allies’ victory. I can find no mention of the US even being involved in that campaign. The real heroes, the so called Rats of Tobruk, were the Australian soldiers.
