The preface to this test clearly states that the test was administered in Minnesota. Where do you suppose Minnesota is?

These are all familiar subjects to anyone who has studied American history in the US. There were no obscure questions here. I learned this by the time I was 13 or 14!
Where did you go to school, that this information seems obscure to you? I can understand it being obscure to non-Americans perhaps, but this was all included in the New Jersey curriculum.
