Those are Hershey Kisses, the peak is curled over too much. They almost make a complete loop at the top.

That wasn't a picture of Hersheys Kisses anyway. The peaks don't droop like that and they come foil wrapped with a paper ribbon at the top!

Numbers 4 & 24 were not what they claim they are.
#4 - Hersheys kisses peak in a uniform upright position. They do not droop randomly and they come with foil wrappers and a paper ribbon flying at the top.
#24 - York peppermint patties do do not mound up on the top. They are uniformly flat on both the top and bottom surfaces.

4. is incorrect--a Hershey's kiss has a straight-up top. These are chocolate drops!
