Susanna Viljanen, Davenport, Couch, Stool, Bench; the answer is: Davenport - the others have 5 letters, it's the only word that is also not a verb, the only multi-syllable word; Bench - the others are for sitting (workbench), it's the only single-vowel word; Stool - the others have 4 legs, the stool has 3, it's the only word that ends with a single consonant, it's meant for stepping on instead of sitting; Couch - I don't own a Davenport, Stool, or Bench but I have a couch, it's the only word with 2 consecutive different vowels, the only word with repeat consonants (c). This is the eternal problem with IQ questions that are pattern-perception questions - the writer often doesn't have an IQ adequate to see all the competing patterns. That's certainly the case at Quizzclub.

Actually nothing to do with IQ - all answes requird a good general knowledge along with a bit of sideways thinking.
