Liz Hamilton, I’d #12 was Smith’s House, it would be wrong. The apostrophe indicates 2 words. I.e.Smith is.
Also, you use They’re, when correct spelling is Their.

Should #12 be Smith's house? They're name is Smith, so wouldn't the possessive be Smith's?
