The Smith’s house question is horrible. If the name is SMITH, then the house of the the Smiths is the Smith’s house, not Smiths’. Smiths’ holds true only if the surname is plural, and Smith is not plural -neither of these answers is correct

I got 11/12 as it said o'clock, instead of o' clock, which is actually correct. The term o' clock is a corruption of "of the clock", so grammatically a space is left for "the". However, the habit has become to omit the space but that doesn't make it correct.
