#3 is dead wrong! Pythagorean theorem involves the squaring if the sides.

Actually, I'm a mathematical genius, so I take the statement "You should have studied more" as quite an insult. It seems as if the test maker was consuming psychedelic mushrooms when they were constructing the quiz because, as others have also commented, several answers were wrong.

There are several wrong answers here. The actual axes were not defined for the sine wave, and the triangle cannot be evaluated without some indication of relative side length. The wrong Pythagorean Theorem is covered below. The Quizmaster gets an "F".
