Shy... Yes, absolutely but I don't think of it as a flaw. I am introverted and happy. The personality profile was extremely accurate.

Maybe as a teen, I was painfully shy but I think I’ve grown out of that now. I have my moments when I’ve blown up a few times and gotten into a lot of trouble.

Shy, introvert, yes, but I have had a few moments at the opposite end of the pole. I was the one voted to "do" the work that had to be done. Did it , then retired again, to my private self.
