While Amsterdam serves as the constitutional capital and largest city, the seat of government, the monarchy, the parliament, and the Supreme Court are located in The Hague.

What does knowing about capital cities have to do with intelligence? Where did the number 149 come from? Has the author collected statiistics on the IQs of people who have done the test? I claim that this test does nothing more than test knowledge of capital cities.
