Even with color, the plantain looks like a green banana!
There was virtually no difference between mayo and yogurt or BBQ sauce and ketchup either.

mikeyparry, It's an American cookie, one has cinnamon on the top, which you can see if the B&W pix.

Visually particularly with no color bananas and plantains are indistinguishable. Most of the others however had discernible qualities without color.
